Knee high ninjas 

virtual kickboxing classes for juniors, streaming LIVE every Monday & Friday mornings @ 10am. Lessons are 30-35 minutes long. Boxing gloves and Hook & Jab pads are optional if you wish to train with a partner.

Ladies only kickboxing 

 

classes taught by our female instructors. the emphasis more so on fitness. Streaming LIVE every Monday & Wednesday evening from 6.30pm.

classes aimed more at adults and older children. typically longer and the difficulty level higher. Streaming LIVE every Tuesday & Thursday evening 6.30pm

PRE-RECORDED CONTENT......

Don’t worry if you miss the LIVE stream, all of our Facebook LIVE kickboxing tutorials are saved upon completion, so they are on the closed Facebook group forever. Meaning you can watch them whenever you wish. As the time we stream them may/may not be convenient for you. 

 

  • Feel free to jump on board any of the videos. There’s 6 lessons a week being streamed in total. It’s the closest thing to being in class and we’ve all been getting a real good sweat on

 

  • Content is being added all the time to the group, you can expect the following to be on there either now or in the next week or two

 

  • kickboxing & Boxing padwork - showing you alternative ways to do padwork. Some of which doesn’t need any pads 

  • Nunchaku tutorials - showing you how to make your own safety nunchaku, then basic tutorials on how to use them 

  • Grading combos - so you can keep your technique sharp & ready for when you grade next (EXISTING STUDENTS)

  • Punch Bag routines - for those of you who own/use a punch bag 

  • Competitions - a chance to keep earning your ninja star reward badges 

  • Fitness - exercises specifically aimed at fitness rather than martial arts 

  • Skipping - how to skip 

  • Shadow boxing/kickboxing - aerobic workout using your martial arts moves 

  • Footwork - drills to improve your stance and ability to move in every direction
